a)     This is true that this a Appointment letter of the agent only … say yes or no ?

b)    This is also true that it is written on the appointment letter that the agent can mobilize business  in All India level ….. say yes or no ?

c)     Effective Date is manipulated on the letter ….. say yes or no ?

d)    This is also true that this letter was signed by the Chief Manager himself … say yes or no ?

e)     This is true that this letter is printed on the Letter head of the company …. say yes or no ?

f)      This is true that this an application of the agent… say yes or no ?

g)     This is also true that on the reverse side of the application, some official of uti amc has initialed / signed

h)    This piece of paper is terms and condition of the agency signed by the agent …. say yes or no ?

i)       This a related papers of the agents details and signed by the agent only …say yes or no ?

j)       This piece of paper contains the AMFI code no issued by amfi  ….. say yes or no ?

ME 2 : email of sng to vinaya prasad

a)     Look at the subject line … it is a Continuation of the mail … that has not been attached with this mail or produced to me during the proceedings …. say yes or no ?

b)    This does not show the any url address  …. Yes or no ?

c)     This is a Fabricated documents ….. say yes or no ?

 

ME – 4 : confession letter of agent

a)     This sig is not matching with other sig in application form  … Say Yes or No ?

b)    This letter is not addressed to UTI AMC Ltd…. Say Yes or No ?

c)     Going through your own document , please tell me whether there is any mention of ARN code on the letter …..  say yes or no ?

d)    Is there any inward no on it …. Say Yes or No ?

e)     Is there any  office seal on it …. Say Yes or No ?

f)      Is it authenticated by any other officials or not ?  Say Yes or No ?

g)     Is it received By speed post or courier ? say yes or no

h)    I am saying that ME 4 is fabricated document .. say yes or no ?

ME 5  : prasanta ghosh’s mail

a)     Who has printed this mail and when ?

b)    Where is the continuation of the mail ?

c)     Any proof Whether really PG has written to RS cc to SLP

d)    Content did not say when RS Subramanian spoke to PG- when did the telephonic conversation took place ?

 

ME 6   Confession letter of SNG

a)     Who is the addressee of the confession letter?

b)    Did you find that such purported confession letter bear any mention of  UTI AMC Ltd  ?  Say Yes or No ?

c)     Is there any word “ UTI AMC Ltd “ in the alleged confession letter ? say yes or no ?

d)    Did the sig of the person who has written this purported confession letter bear any seal of UTI AMC Ltd or his designation ? yes or or not ?

f)      Who has highlighted on some of the transactions ?

g)     There is no seal in original form in the statement ? Say Yes or No ?

h)    There is no signature in original form in the statement ? Say Yes or No ?

 

 

ME 9 : statement of investment thru bank

 

a)     Bears no seal and signature of the person who made it

b)    I am saying that this is a piece of fabricated document? say yes or no ?

c)     Statement : bear so seal and signature of the person of any person whosever.  Say Yes or No ?

 

ME 10  : Confession statement of Prasanta Ghosh

 

a)     I am telling you it is a Manufactured document … say yes or no ?

b)    Confession letter  does not bear any seal of the company or designation of the person …. Say yes or  no ?

c)     Name of the Addressee  is absent in this letter? say yes or no ?

c)     This is true that it bears the signature of shri ashish sethi, country head? Yes or no ?

d)    It is also true that it was signed by ashish sethi on 21^st may 2010? Yes or no?

e)     Is it true that the office note is initialed / signed by the CMO … yes or no?

f)      It is also true that this office note is a mere proposal for reimbursement

e)     Client has filled up the form and put his seal and signature thereon … say yes or no ?

f)      This paper does not bear any seal and signature on it… say yes or no ?

g)     This is also Manufactured documents ? Say Yes or No ?

h)    Also ajit kuthirummal has verified the paper on being satisfied with the  appln form  and put his signature and seal on it .  say yes or no   ?

Other things carefully to be established thru cross examination that :

 

ü To establish  that there was no any investigation took place

ü If so where are those papers that the competent authority has authorized the persons to conduct the investigation against Mr. Gayen

ü Have they got any complaint letter from any client against Mr. Gayen that he is not a good person ? that he pose himself as an agent

ü In case they  received the complaint letter from the client , have they  produced it to the EO in original ?

ü If no, are they just producing it to EO just now ?
